By accessing and using ElectricRoutePro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

ElectricRoutePro provides electric vehicle trip planning tools, range calculators, charging cost calculators, and related features ("Tools") to help EV owners plan and optimize their trips.

Use of Service

Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

• Planning electric vehicle trips and routes
• Calculating EV range, charging costs, and savings
• Finding charging stations along your route
• Tracking your EV charging expenses (stored locally on your device)
• Personal, non-commercial purposes

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Service
• Breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures
• Use automated tools to access the Service (scraping, bots, etc.)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to make critical decisions without verifying information

Disclaimers and Limitations

Calculation Accuracy

• Range estimates are based on EPA ratings and standard adjustment factors. Actual range varies based on driving conditions, weather, terrain, vehicle condition, and driving style.
• Charging costs are estimates based on current electricity rates and may not reflect actual costs at charging stations.
• Route planning uses mapping data and charging station databases that may be outdated or incomplete.
• Savings calculations are projections and not guarantees of actual savings.
• Tax credits and incentives information may change. Verify eligibility with official sources.

The Service does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice. Our tools are for informational and planning purposes only. Consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in calculations or data
• Reliance on any route plans, cost estimates, or calculations
• Decisions made based on information from the Service
• Vehicle running out of charge due to inaccurate range estimates
• Charging stations being unavailable, broken, or different from displayed information

Third-Party Services

The Service may use third-party services for mapping, charging station data, and analytics. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use local-first storage - your trip data stays on your device.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by ElectricRoutePro and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
